Today marks the end of a phenomenal fight camp. All glory to God for blessing and keeping our athletes, coaches, and training partners throughout the past few months 🙌🏽 We now surrender all of ourselves into Your hands as we stay filled with Your spirit and strength.

We appreciate each and every warrior who put their bodies on the line with our team. The blood, sweat, laughter, and tears shed. The consistent brotherhood and unity formed. We couldn't have asked for better people to prepare for battle with. Thank you for believing with us.
Together, we trust the future way that has been paved for each and every one of you.

We are proud to announce that our very own Heavyweight MMA Athlete, Emmanuel Aku, has been selected and invited to fly up to Johannesburg this week to compete in this exciting new opportunity to fight for the chance to win an EFC contract and enter into his professional career! We are so proud of how much Aku has achieved in just one year of training. He has been our most active combat sport fighter this year and would have had 5 fights between Boxing & MMA in the space of only 8 months, which included two spectacular KO's.

We would love our team to join in supporting him, even from Cape Town this week, by interacting with any social media around the event.
